Description and curator notes

A metrical 108-name hymn to Bhadrakālī followed by verses on the benefits of recitation. The names associate the Goddess with Vīrabhadra and combine auspicious qualities, divine sovereignty, and formidable protective power. It provides a compact parallel to the much longer Bhadrakālī mantric thousand-name text. The list belongs to the Bhadrakālī tradition and should not be substituted for the different Dakṣiṇakālī 108-name sequence used on KaliDevotion.com.
