Description and curator notes
Menā addresses Kālikā as the sustaining Mother and primordial power within a Śaiva Purāṇic narrative. The hymn invokes Mahāmāyā, Caṇḍikā, and the Goddess’s presence in the powers that constitute and maintain the world. This is a complete nine-verse praise passage, separately catalogued as a hymn rather than as the complete Śiva Purāṇa. It helps connect Kālī terminology with the narrative and theology of Pārvatī’s family.
