Description and curator notes
The hymn presents Kāmākhyā through a set of 108 names, framed by ritual instructions and a meditation. Its names connect Kāmarūpa and Kāmeśvarī worship with Kālī, Kālikā and Kaula practice, while also describing the Goddess's beauty, power and liberating functions. The closing verses identify the collection as 108 names and state its recitational benefits. It provides a distinct name tradition for a goddess explicitly included in the site's Kālī sequence.
