Description and curator notes
This short royal order reinstates Satbar Khadka as the person responsible for religious functions supported by the Srikalikadevi temple endowment at Baglungchaur. Issued in King Girban’s name, it removes two other incumbents, restores the earlier appointment and directs the recipient to use the trust’s income for customary worship while retaining the surplus. The document is valuable evidence for priestly office, royal authority and the economic support of Kali worship in western Nepal. Regmi publishes it as the first of three separate temple appointments. Only the Baglung order is the Kali-specific text cataloged here. The scan preserves the whole published item, including its date and collection reference; it does not supply an image or transcription of the original royal document.
This record covers only the named chapter/article/royal-order translation, not the entire linked proceedings, journal issue or annual volume.
